What This Training Is
BNSI is a professional breathwork training that teaches you how to safely and confidently guide others using the power of the breath. You will learn how the nervous system works, how stress affects the body and mind, and how to use specific breathing techniques to help people regulate emotions, increase focus, build resilience, and improve performance.
This training is grounded in modern science and practical experience. It combines psychology, body-based methods, and real-world application, so you don’t just understand the theory, you know how to apply it responsibly.
After completing BNSI, you will be able to:
✔ Help clients manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
✔ Support emotional processing in a grounded and responsible way
✔ Improve focus, clarity, and performance for professionals and leaders
✔ Lead safe and structured breathwork sessions for individuals and groups
✔ Recognize when someone needs additional support and work within ethical boundaries
