Rosanna Holmström
Rosanna is a certified breathwork facilitator, athletic breath coach, yoga teacher, and keynote speaker with extensive experience working with individuals, corporate leaders, and athletes operating in high-pressure environments. Alongside her work in breathwork and speaking, she also has a professional career in cybersecurity, giving her a deep understanding of performance, decision-making, and regulation in high-stakes contexts.
Her work bridges nervous system science, somatic work, mindset tools, and sustainable performance, supporting high performers in building resilience, clarity, and long-term capacity rather than short-term optimization. She guides clients through evidence-informed breathwork practices designed to enhance physical performance, regulate stress, and strengthen self-leadership over time.
Rosanna was an invited speaker at the Nobel Prize Future of Health Dialogue and Yale University World Fellows Program, where she has contributed to conversations on stress management, breathwork, and sustainable performance. She also lectures on stress management and mindset, translating complex nervous system principles into practical, embodied tools.

Roshi Derakshan
Roshi Derakshan is a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience across psychiatry and occupational health. Her clinical background includes working with complex trauma, stress-related disorders, and high-demand professional environments. She specializes in nervous system regulation and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and is a certified somatic breathwork facilitator, lecturer, and public speaker.
Her work centers on the nervous system, trauma, and the internal dynamics that drive behavior, performance, and relational patterns. Roshi integrates somatic psychotherapy, IFS, breathwork, and altered state work, including psychedelic integration, to support deep and lasting change with the whole system — mind, emotions, body, and nervous system.
She works with high-functioning individuals, leaders, and organizations where chronic stress, burnout, and internal conflict limit capacity, clarity, and sustainable performance.
